About this Community
What we share:
- An engaged, participatory professional community committed to strengthening direct client-facing services
- A peer-led space of learning and support
- Occasional guest speakers and networking sessions
Who should join:
- Direct service providers, program supervisors, leaders, and other interested staff. All members co-facilitate one session annually on a selected topic brainstormed by the community. Co-facilitators do not need to be experts on the chosen topic nor prepare a formal presentation, but will meet briefly before the scheduled session with other co-facilitators to frame the session, discussion questions, and activities. This model ensures the community is peer-led and maximizes the sharing of ideas, resources, and networks responsive to the needs and expertise of the group

- Second Wednesday of each month from 3–4 PM ET
