About the community
In partnership with Switchboard, Karen Organization of San Diego has launched a virtual Community of Practice (CoP) for Leaders of Ethnic Community-Based Organizations. This CoP is designed for ECBOs leaders - which we define as people who have a leadership role in the management and sustainability of the ethnic community-based organization. This is a unique and safe space for ECBO leaders to connect and uplift each other’s work, and to learn and share best practices, challenges, and tools. This monthly meeting is hosted virtually on the last Tuesday of every month from 1-2:30pm ET.
